- Work: Retired English teacher for Mesa Public Schools and CAC, Reporter with the Apache Junction News. Previously worked at the Apache Junction Police Department.
- Associations: Vice Chair of MAG Domestic Violence Council, City Parks and Recreation volunteer, Board Member on MAG Regional, chairperson/past Vice-Chair of Pinal County Alliance, Board Member on Pinal Partnership, member of Pinal County Domestic Violence Coalition, chairperson of Apache Junction Focal Point Enhancement Project (2010- current, Chairperson of Apache Junction Centennial Project (2012), Soroptimist, served on Planning and Zoning Commission (2003-2007), assisted in establishing both the City Health and Human Services Commission and the City Citizen Leadership Institute.
