Division of Building Safety and Inspection
Building permit applications are being accepted online at MyGovernmentOnline.org. Click here for more information.
Currently our review times are four to six weeks and inspections are being carried out as normal.
Building Inspections - at this time building inspections are occurring as normal. Please note that inspections requiring accessing the interior of an occupied home are being evaluated on a case by case basis. They still need to be scheduled by calling (480) 474-5101. Please remember to provide a call back number.
