Notice of Intent to Change Fees


In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, public notice is hereby given that the Apache Junction City Council will hold a Public Hearing at their regularly scheduled council meeting on March 19, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at city hall, city council chambers, 300 E. Superstition Boulevard, Apache Junction, AZ after which the determination whether to adopt the proposed fees outlined by ordinance may be made by the mayor and city council. Revisions to planning, zoning and subdivision fees were updated in 2016, however, building fees have not been changed in 12 years. A list of amended, new, increased and deleted fees as well as a copy of draft Ordinance No.1469 which outlines the proposed changes to Volume I, Chapter 4 Fees, Article 4-4 Planning, Zoning Review and Subdivision Fees (proposed to be renamed to “Development Services Fees”) are included with this NOTICE.
