Listening to your concerns
Establishing a partnership between the City, its neighbors and the business community
Arranging of meetings between neighborhood groups and City officials and staff
Problem solving and resolution between the City and its citizen/customers

City's Role

Provide information on how to start and sustain a viable neighborhood organization
Assist with establishing mailing lists for meetings with neighborhood groups and the City
Coordinate meetings between neighborhood representatives and City staff or elected officials concerning issues of interest to specific neighborhoods
Provide follow-up and responses to the concern of each neighborhood
Coordinate neighborhood planning efforts to identify short and long range goals
Maintain a registration database of neighborhood and homeowners associations
