Superstition Boulevard and Meridian Drive (MCDOT)

Intersection Improvement Project

Project Description:  Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) contractor will begin upgrading the new traffic signal at the Superstition Boulevard and Meridian Drive intersection. Work will include the replacement of the existing traffic signal poles and foundations and the installation of new traffic signal equipment, pole foundations, poles, mast arms and signal heads to improve safety, reduce congestion, reduce maintenance costs, and improve traffic flow.  Additional improvements include installation of pole-mounted traffic detection devices for traffic management and new ADA compliant sidewalk ramps.

Traffic Restrictions:     Traffic lane restrictions are to be expected.  Access will be maintained for residents, businesses and emergency vehicles at all times.


Pueblo Del Sol Roadway Improvements - Phase 1
Roadway Improvement Project 
Project Description: The improvements will include pavement reconstruction, installation of sidewalk, curb & gutter, and some drainage improvements on Cody Street from Pinyon Drive to Delaware Drive and Pinyon Drive from Ohio Street just south of Cody Street.
