This is one event you can't afford to miss. The MGC will host healers, providers, non-profits and other agencies who are in the business of wellness. With over 80 booths, educational classes, art classes, demonstrations, handouts, give a ways, items for purchase and much more you will definitely go home with something! This event is for all ages and all walks of life. Admission to the event is FREE, however a canned food donation is suggested.

Registration For a booth is $50 for 1 space. 
Registration is now open for the 2018 Wellness Event. Reading through the vendor information and the registration form will answer most of your questions. Both the Registration Form AND Temporary Vendor Application need to completed. For questions on licenses please call Denise at 480-474-5070. * The $15 Temporary Vendor Application fee is NOT applicable IF a vendor is a non-profit agency, a hobbyist (profits less than $3,000 annually), or already possesses a valid City Business License
