With the Hitching Post restaurant being the subject of some discussion in the community, here is some background.

A timeline regarding the Hitching Post.

Timeline

In 2018 and 2019, the restaurant was cited for noise complaints, filed by residents to Apache Junction police. Once received, the city transferred the case for any possible prosecution to the Pinal County Attorney’s Office.

Here are the complaints received by the police department against the restaurant in 2018 and 2019 and the subsequent counts filed by the county. All were consolidated into one case.
